If you’ve visited our ShieldPRO pricing page recently you might have noticed a slight update in the layout and options available.
Here at Shield, using user feedback and research, we are constantly trying to improve our products and services to bring added value to our customers. This is why we decided to change up our ShieldPRO plan options and services.
Don’t worry, prices didn’t increase and your current plans will stay the same, we simply added more options for those figuring out where they’d like to fit in or for those who would like to upgrade for additional features.
We also optimized the page layout so it flows better and, hopefully, is easier to read. This is something that we will continue to refine as time goes on.

As you can see we added the option to start off with Shield Support. This is for those who are using ShieldFREE and don’t want to jump directly into a ShieldPRO plan but still need extra support for their sites.
ShieldPRO Agency gives you all the standard ShieldPRO features plus a complementary Zoom setup & support call and VIP customer support so that your requests always take priority.
These are just a few of many optimizations and new features that we are planning on releasing so be sure to be on the lookout for them!
