I like this plugin a lot and here´s why:

I like the philosophy behind this plugin. I´ve tried other plugins just to break up the site or lock me out of it (like All in one WP security & firewall). I think a plugin should strike a balance between security, usability, and peace of mind. And that´s what WP simple firewall accomplishes…

It looks well made and professional. I like the ability to turn on/off each section individually.

The firewall is simple, and doesn´t overwhelm you with options. It has a very clever way to protect the login, and it does an amazing job protecting your site from spam (this is probably where it really shines)

I also like the admin protection feature with secret key to protect against unauthorized access.

Probably it won´t be the only security measure you need for your site, but it´s a very good starting point…
